Pilates Classes

Mat Pilates incorporates a series of body-weight and resistance style exercises aimed to condition and strengthen muscles. 

In my classes, you can expect to build foundational strength and target specific muscle groups through a range of dynamic Pilates movements. Focus is put upon improving deep abdominal core stability, improving posture, improving flexibility and toning muscles to create a more balanced body.

Classes are designed to work a variety of different muscle groups, leaving you feeling stronger, connected to your mind and body and content with a well-rounded workout.

Suitable for all ages and abilities. If you are under 18 years of age you will need a parent or guardian's approval.

Unfortunately, this class is not suitable for pregnant women.

Please let your instructor know in advance if you have any injuries.

Tuesday - 5:30 pm - 6:20 pm

Thursday - 9:15 am - 10:05 am

Saturday - 8:30 am - 9:20 am
